i have a papercut
May 5th, 2006 by larahi there. this is what we classify as a “blogging class…” before we came into class, some people were instruction to go and blog in the corner. think of that what you want…
yesterday in class we layed (or is it lied?) on the floor and listened to Bach’s aire in G. the first time we listened to it, there was a montage of images running through my head. i shall list them if you like. if you dont like then too bad, you’re the one whos reading it. so, in no particular order, heres some of the things i saw:
~ a girl in a ballgown entering a room from the top of the stairs
~ a tree looking over a paddock, into the sunset.
~ and empty hospital bed with a nurse straightening the sheets.
~ a soldier writing a letter.
~ a couple dancing at a ball
~ a random scene from the notebook
~ a ship leaving a harbour
~ an old woman on her death bed.
~ a hand holding a flower
~ a girl sitting and looking out a window
~ a single rose at a grave stone.
so that’s pretty much what was flashing through my mind when we were listening to Bach. we listened to the song again, and i was amazed to see the images somehow linked together and formed a story. i’m sure your mind is able to join those images together and you can imagine what my story was like.
Anyways….
to quote forrest gump… thats all i have to say about that.
happy blogging
